Individuals must income qualify at the time of application according to Pierce County
ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ORIGINAL. COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING THE TIME OF APPLICATION, APPLICANTS HAVE 72 HOURS TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS TO PROPERTY STAFF.
