Application intakes will be held on the following dates at 1624 E. 32nd St., Tacoma, WA 98404. First come, first served. First 50 People


  • Wednesday, March 19th between 11 AM - 2 PM

  • Friday, March 21st between 11 AM - 2 PM

  • Wednesday, March 26th between 11 AM - 2 PM


Amenities

  • Laundry On-Site

  • Case Management on-site

  • Fully Furnished Studio and 1 Bedroom Apartments 

  • Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included in the rental cost


Eligibility Requirements

  • Current, Valid Proof of Identification (must provide physical copy within 48 hours of application)

  • Current, Valid, legible Social Security Cards 

  • Income Verification documentation – social security award letter, benefits letter AND/OR 4 consecutive, most recent pay stubs and employer information 

  • Consent to Background Check 

  • Individuals must income qualify at the time of application according to Pierce County 

 

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ORIGINAL. COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING THE TIME OF APPLICATION, APPLICANTS HAVE 72 HOURS TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS TO PROPERTY STAFF.
