APIC WA: The Asian and Pacific Islander Coalition of Washington is proud to host the 2024 APIC Democracy Summit on Friday, September 27th from 11am – 2pm at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall!
Every four years APIC hosts this statewide event with the goal of encouraging and promoting culturally meaningful and holistic civic engagement across Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. This year we plan to bring out thousands of community members to the Tacoma Dome for the APIC Democracy Summit, which will include a gubernatorial candidate forum, keynote speakers, and cultural performances, all in service of creating a space for our communities to engage in the political process and collectivize around the issues that matter most to us. As our state looks to elect a new Governor, it is so important that our candidates see the power of our communities.
