Event Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the APIC 2024 Democracy Summit, Friday, September 27th, 2024 at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall. This is a great opportunity for retail booths, food vendors, small businesses, non-profits, and resource booths to reach Asia Pacific audiences!

Please read the following information carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Join Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities from around the state to celebrate our culture, our voice, and our vote. The free program will include a candidate forum among the top two contenders for Governor, keynote speakers, and cultural performances.
SET UP: Thursday, September 26th, 2024 from 12pm noon to 5pm or Friday, September 27th 6am-9am
Retail Booth Fee: $150 for 10ft x 10ft booth, draped with one table and 2 chairs.
Food Booth Fee: $300 for 10ft x 10 ft booth, draped with two tables and 2 chairs. You have to obtain your own health permit from the health department. You must submit a copy of your approved health permit to APCC by no later than September 14, 2024. All food vendors must attend required event training as scheduled. If you need more tables you need to bring your own.
Non Profit Booth Fee: $30 for 10ft. x 10ft booth, draped with one table and 2 chairs. Must show non profit status proof.
Electricity is available at $100 per booth additional to your regular fee.
Democracy Summit Rules:
We reserve the right to refuse any group space.
All display materials are the responsibility of the vendor and must fit within your space.
You cannot tear down your booth before the end of the festival at 2PM.
No refunds for inclement weather or any other reasons.
No refunds after September 6, 2024
All Booths must be set-up and ready for the public by 9:30am on Friday, 9/27/24
Everyone is expected to be kind and courteous to others all throughout the event. Please be respectful at all times. Especially to our elders.
Please ask us for help as needed throughout the day. We have many volunteers who can help you!
