The highly anticipated South Tacoma Heritage Festival will be here soon, and we're inviting vendors and food booths to join us for this exciting two-day event, August 12 and 13, 2023, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at Asia Pacific Cultural Center - 4851 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409.

We are expecting thousands of festival goers to come to this event. Great cultural event to showcase your products and/or services, including introducing delicious foods to a diverse community.

SET UP:
-
6 am - 9 am – all booths must be fully set up by no later than 9:30 am on both days.
Non-Profit Booth Fee:
-
$30 for a 10ft. x 10ft space - you are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs.
Retail Booth Fee:
-
$150 for a 10ft. x 10ft space - you are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs.
Food Booth Fee:
-
$300 for a 10ft x 10ft space - you are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs.

IMPORTANT: You must obtain your own health permit from the health department. You must submit a copy of your approved health permit to APCC by no later than August 1st, 2023.

All food vendors must attend required event training as scheduled.
Electricity:
-
There will be a generator only to draw power for entertainment and sound system. Please use propane cooking equipment and/or bbq pit, or bring your own small generator.

Full payment must accompany your application. Order of booth assignments are based on first paid, first chosen booths.

South Tacoma Heritage Festival Booth Rules:

We reserve the right to refuse any group or individuals.

All display materials are the responsibility of the vendor and must fit within your space. You cannot tear down your booth before the end of the festival at 6 PM.

No refunds for inclement weather or any other reasons.

No refunds after June 30, 2023

All booths must be set up and ready for the public by 9:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Everyone is expected to be kind and courteous to others all throughout the event.

Please be respectful at all times, especially to all elders.
